might want to read it again "hello ever since last week when ever i plug in a new device it wont install the driver"
Okay fair point, however its unlikey something monumental changed on the computer to make it not detect the driver for any peripherals

Try START >> Right click on computer >> Properties >> on the left you should see "Device Manager" okay once that is open you should see "Other Devices" in the drop down cats right click the specific device and click "Update Driver Software" try "Search automatically for updated driver software" or "Browse my computer for driver software" select the driver files it can be on a CD that's fine.
Hopefully that should fix the problem

i tried doing it manually but the prob is that the driver is in the installer.exe file and not on its own

no but if a usb doesn't work it either means it does not work or your computer sucks
