Many of the freedoms we enjoy here in the U.S. are quickly eroding as the nation transforms from the land of the free into the land of the enslaved, but what Im about to share with you takes the assault on our freedoms to a whole new level. You may not be aware of this, but many Western states, including Utah, Washington and Colorado, have long outlawed individuals from collecting rainwater on their own properties because, according to officials, that rain belongs to someone else.

Nice copy and paste. It isn't illegal to collect rainwater by the way. It is illegal to collect it if you don't own the water rights. There is a big difference. When you buy property, you need to make sure you own these rights if you want to collect the runoff. Farmers mostly own these. Same with mining rights. Do some research the next time you post something. This post is just a lie.

You mean that, if I collect rainwater for just daily use, such as cooking, bathing, etc, in a relatively small scale, then it is legal? I don't think so. We still may be charged.
