You sell them to a site and then PS3 coins are more valuable so cost more then Buy Xbox coins.

But because PS3 is more expensive you can buy more.

You cannot transfer coins from one console to another, you might aswell sell them on a trusted site.

They would? It's the exact same as if he sold his coins then bought xbox ones? It just saves both parties from going through paypal..
