You mean that, if I collect rainwater for just daily use, such as cooking, bathing, etc, in a none considerably scale, it is legal? I don't think so. We still may be charged.


You didn't even quote the rest of what I said. You are leaving out the facts. If you own the water rights then you can. If you don't, then yes it is illegal. It's not like the government is going to come knocking on your door. The runoff is used by farmers that provide all of us food. Stop being so dramatic...

I just think that, when we use rainwater for daily use, it SHOULD be legal. Laws are sometimes really ridiculous, and of course in this situation I think it is. just my oppinion. Or you say that I have no right to express mine?

No not at all. Your quote of that article made it sound like you thought the US government was taking over or something. I'm sure if you wanted to collect rain, no one will arrest you.
