There is currently no untethered or even tethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 and a iPad 2 upwards. The jailbreak team decided to wait until the new iOS 7 is released to unveil an untethered jailbreak! I'm pretty gutted myself as I have the exact same problem as you

6.1.2 is a completely different OS from 6.1.3, of course your able to Jailbreak your iPhone 5 and iPad 2 because you CAN. you CANNOT untether Jailbreak these devices on 6.1.3.
