we are a milsim team or military simulation, we need players to join so we can make the squads. we have the following attributes in our team:
1.) a ground team that is used to clear out towns and organized offensive or defensive actions. this also includes a new branch of the team called "special operations team". this team is basically all the best players ground and airforce put together in one team, split into three different squads. only the best of the best can be in this branch, these guys that make this team must be seriously good, and even better teamwork players. these guys are the ones who will be either in the front lines for the first offensive operation or in the back for a sneak attack on the enemies. these guys use only one weapon, but they constantly train for it, and they must be good with only suppressors.
2.) we have a rank system, because we are military simulations team, we run in groups or squads, each squad with its own commander, but each squad commander has an overall commander(me).
3.( we train hard when we train, we are no joke, training is serious and isnt taken lightly. we are sort of strict on how you execute orders and how you play. for all you new comers to military simulation you will love the teamwork and the feeling of an aftergame ass-whooping celebration.
4.) we train seperately ground and airforce in the end of this list of things we do there will be summarzations on what we do to train each group and how we do it.
5.) we are all respectable team mates and we do not insult or make fun of any other team mates. failure to follow results in a warning and then a kick/ban from the team. depending on what was said there can also be suspensions, deranking, and other consequences.
here is the summarized training:
ground units: split up reruits into two teams, each team will have a experienced member from the team on that team. one team (russian side) must defend a certain building while the other team must attack that building. the longer you can defend the better you show how much of a good player you are. however there are rules and precautions.
before hand heres the deal you cannot use anything above a 4x scope, you cannot use anything explosive including x-bow bolts, RPG's, grenade launchers, and grenades. no questions asked if any of those are used in training you will be kicked from party and banned from the team server. once the game is played and all defenders are dead, the u.s side (attackers originally) will move in and become defenders, the ru side( origninal defenders) must give the us team 1minute exactly to get set up. and then after the ru side takes the building back the game ends and awards (maybe promotions) are given out and the recruits are recruited.
air: basically i have all the people in the game getin a jet and fly next to my jet without hitting me, they must fly close enough besides me that i can see them in cockpit view when looking around. you will fly around and you will also have to gun run a building a coule of times and then you must get in a jet (or stay in the one you are in) and you must defend the air by keeping all opposing team jets or helicopters out of the air. for attack helicopter pilots its about the same execpt i make you fly low in between the building of the map without crashing to prove handling abilities.
and for the transport/scout helicopters you must be able to land at unexpected times, unexpected places and you must be able to fly through buildings quickly, if you pass transport you automatically are clear to fly scout, unless i see the need for you to practice scout.
Spec. ops: you must get on our map, and two people at a time must take an enitire flag point, keep it for 10 minutes while getting heavily attacked by soldiers, both players cannot die at the same time or the mission restarts. if they pss the first test then you must e able to move from that position under sniper fire, take out enemy tangos from another buidling, take that buidling and hold it for 10 minutes under heavier conditions. both players must stay alive (if one dies they can be revived but if both die, they restart that mission), after that, i will have the try outs destroy a created munitions depot for the enemy team and then they must survive getting to the evac zone under even heavier conditions and maybe 1 or 2 snipers fire. if they pass this test they are automatically promoted to warrant officer and they get put on the list for the spec ops team, the first three people to pass will be on my squad. the next four will have their own squad and then the last four will have their own squad. we will see about a fourth squad. also in progress we have sniper training. there will be a designated sniper school for people who are strictly ground recon only. contact DOL4N DUCK ( o = a zero not an o) on xbox live for details nad recruitment otpions. hope to see you out there OOHRAH!
