I like Valencia at RM, I use him in 4-1-2-1-2. I've also used Jesus Navas. (both far below your 30k amount)

It all depends on what formation you want to play, and what type of player you want in that position as well, someone that rushes in to strike, or someone that can pass and skill such as Iniesta on the left...

For me, It'd have to be Di Maria, Sanchez or even Ben Arfa. 3 very talented players, IMO.

I completely forgot about Di Maria, he's great too. Haven't played with Sanchez or Ben Arfa, but Valencia, Di Maria, and Navas are all good for me.

Yeah, I agree I use Navas alot and is also a great player. Never used Valencia though.

There are plenty. Depending on what league you are looking for.

BPL: Walcott, Ben Arfa, Valencia.
Liga BBVA: Di Maria, Sanchez, Jesus Navas.

It all depends on the league.
