I might as well post to tell others that have the same question:

First, go to the persons username you want to gift.

From there, you go on their account page and on the left it will say "Give the gift of Gold" (You may have to scroll a little)

Lastly... Use the search bar next time!! It is there for a reason. This has been asked a lot!
