Hi, I got an email today saying that I have been removed from the ambassador program, but I don't understand why. In the email it said:

You were removed from the Ambassadors program due to one of the following reasons:

Violation of the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use

Violation of the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct

Not upholding the standards of the Ambassadors program

You requested to be removed

I don't think I have done any of these so I don't understand why I got removed from the ambassador program. Please help.

Most likely someone reported you for not doing a good job as an ambassador and Microsoft probably checked your recent conversations and removed you. Try contacting them if you really want to become one again.

I don't think I've ever said anything bad to anyone on there.

I was just on it about a week ago.

Nope. Nothing like that has happened to me.

Truthfully why dose it matter.. you where doing a job of answering people's questions for FREE when all you get is a silly little title in return? Way to let Microsoft take your money and volunteer for no thing in return.
