Just be patient. Many things affect the speed of your downloads. If you're on the internet while downloading a torrent, both will run slower. If you're on a social networking site or YouTube, your download speed will dramtically decrease. The more people in your house connected to the internet, especially if they're using the internet then the slower your download speed. If you live in the UK, it's best to leave a torrent downloading over night.

i have no experience with the downloader your using but if its close to uTorrent, try to do this:
Right Click on the torrent > Bandwidth Allocation > Select: High

Okay, well, depending on the time of day and where you're located, your download speed will vary. It's best to just leave the torrent downloading over night and check it tomorrow, if it still hasn't downloaded more or completely by the time you wake up tomorrow then you should start to worry.
