Are you aloud to have your Xbox live motto as " Xbox live Ambassador " when you are?
Cause i just got banned for Impersonation and that's the only thing i can think of.

i think you can and maybe you got removed as an ambassador so that might be why you got banned for Impersonation

Yeah that's what i was thinking, I e-mailed them 3 times over a period of 1 week and a half and they wont e-mail me back....

To be honest, I am a level 5 ambassador on the forums, and I put it in my motto, and I never got in trouble, ect.
