You can't transfer live from one account to another.

you have to contact xbox support via phone, or chat and tell them you need to cancel your membership and want a code for the remainder time, ive done it plenty of times

Says the one that's been on this for a year and only has 25 posts. By the way, I asked them if I could move my 4 month over to my other account. They said no it's imposbbile,
