I have no idea what you mean by getting shot by your own country, British Army accepts anyone that has stayed in the UK more than 5 years, everyone respects each other because they have to rely on each other for their lives. Also to Jaqwon14, you can join the Army at 16 over here.

What i meant was that when we were part of Ireland the British came in and took over some land. (NORTHERN IRELAND)
The British shot some civilians and my people here have not forgiven them yet. So if i was to join the army. Everyone over would be angry at me for fighting for the wrong team if you know what i mean.
By the way i have nothing against the British. This fight was before my time.
