when i join my retail on my jtag the game loads the map over and over and then says that it cant connect to host

You need to disconnect your retails internet connection and then load BO, go to Multiplayer and then sign back in and join the system link.

It'll work then.

Try This Make An Offline Account, Sign into That Join System Link, Infect Yourself Backout Then Sign Into Your Main Profile. Works For Me

it still does the same thing it has to be something like dashlaunch or my game rip idk

You don't join your retail with your JTAG. You join your JTAG with your retail. Meaning your JTAG is the host of the System Link match then you join the game with your retail.
