Just give them a call or chat with them online.

What if i just put a valid Credit card on my account and remove it? Will it make me a silver member so i can redeem my code?

You're getting the message of you being suspended because you owe Xbox money for your live. If you call support they won't do anything because you didn't pay for the live and they will tell you that. Just wait it out a few weeks and that message will go away and you'll be free of debt.
