Savedata dosent work that way at all. Nobody figured out the way to use Krieg on 360 yet. They did for PS3 but not on xbox Like TTOWNZ said it probably was someone who worked at GearBox that forgot to change is online status and his network options.

The player that was a Psycho that join his game was an IGN Member who had gotten the Psycho by the developers. He did not hack/mod. He joins random xbox live public games and shows other players the capabilities of the Psycho.

Both Killshot and the IGN Member told me this.
