I really don't care about my KD or anything of the sort. When I play it's with friends and just for fun. Now I'm not saying I like it when people screw around in SnD or have teammates getting you killed because it wastes time and ruins the game.

Not everyone is a casual player. Plenty of people that I know play games competitively as a way of escapism because of stress in the real world. You're allowed to take virtual things seriously and still have a well rounded real life you know.

I know, why would people care about pixels on a screen? After all your just made of atoms in the universe.

Because when CoD started it was meant to be a competitive FPS game.

+People play competitively and like that play style, Get over it.

The people who care a lot about their k/d have their reasons, personally I could care less because by the time that new Call of Duty comes rolling out, your k/d usually means nothing by then.

because for some people it is their job and they get payed so its just like any job you take it seriously to get the money you need.
