2.CPU is limited not locked, can overclock 4 bins above the boost frequency, no need for overclocking anyway because there won't be bottlenecks.
3.Case is fine, has two intake fans at the front and 1 out take fan. He wants something that looks nice he has it.

He won't have to upgrade the GPU for a long time because it can max any game unlike the one you offered.
So with my build he can replace the case if he wishes in the future instead of spending hundreds on a GPU in the near future which he would have to with your build.
