This will give you all information about modding Call of Duty Elite Clans. Read along, and share any information you may have. Thanks
Call of Duty Elite Motto Before Level 5
First, make sure you have google chrome.
Second, go to manage clan and right click on the locked symbol.
Third, Where it says locked, change that to unlocked.
Finally, exit out of that, and type in your motto, then click save changes. If you did it correctly, it should say success.
More Information
This will not work with clan tag.
IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME HOW TO GET GOLD CLAN TAG AT ANY LEVEL, THAT WOULD BE GREAT. Thanks!
