A similar post was made like this by my friend UMIRINBRAH so i decided to make one
Many of you may not know too much about my personal life, so I'll give you a bit of info on me.

A video that got me interesting in bodybuilding .Made me completely flip around my whole life, I took my training to a whole new level these past few months.I take my diet serious and i dont **** around in the gym I hope you i motivate you guys .

Everyone knows zyzz by now he did motivated me but his not my only motivation.
I used to be a fat person, around 190 pounds . I was a sad ****, so one day I decided I'd change myself. Shape my body into something people said I could never be, become fit. It's been a long road,I hit the gym no matter what happens.


I'll give you some before and after picture 2012-2013
Before:
