y0 im like you, i really want a good gaming pc which can run games fine but its not alot of money. thats never going to happen so i would just say just save up for a couple months longer till you have around 400 - 500 then you will be able to get an awesome gaming pc which will be able to handle any game on high

That motherboard is incompatible with that CPU. That motherboard supports the new i5 Ivy Bridge CPU's. You require a 1156 Socket if you want that CPU.

No problem, just make sure the socket numbers match up and you'll be okay. For that one its Socket 1156

Yeah that will, the socket types are both the same. Just note for when you buy RAM, that board can only take up to 1333Mhz according to the product description.

An i5 Intel CPU can sit in a 1155 socket type.
