Hey, I was wondering if there was a way to get these specific guns either by modding or duping them with someone else. I need these three guns level 61 with max stats.
Tumtum Cobra
Norfleet
Twister
Could I use a certain program (if so which one) and use one of the codes for the gun from wikipedia and then max out the settings in the program?
Any help is appreciated!

Is there a chance i could duplicate with you? Are the guns all level 61 with maxed out stats?
