This program sucks. It has all the good stuff blocked and restricted to the premium license. I recommend hex editing it yourself.

That program is practically the same the only thing different is it doesnt show a premium tab you cant use. you can add stuff to your inventory change your level mod skills anything. they are the same.

Both of you guys are wrong. Eclipse overwrites weapon proficiency skills, and adds negative skills, DISE has a better layout, but has more restrictions. I made mine in a hex editor and I can guarantee I have better mods (USB) only (I have DEV Menu though) than anyone else on this site.
