Your rank

1. Get into xp lobby and kill yourself not until you are rank 50 but until it says 0 xp needed when you press the START button!! really important

2.Wait until you are host then leave the game (Host is first person to full green bars when most migration)

3.Prestige then go to the main menu (TV with zombies ect..)

4.Go back online (multiplayer) and you may have to prestige again then it sticks forever.

5. Repeat process until desired rank.

Are you making sure it says 0xp needed ?

What i did was search for a team tactical and you usually get in a lobby, but i made sure I wasn't infected with the video thing because it didn't seem to work with me if i was infected. Try that
