My brother recently bought an account which was banned from the EA servers. We contacted the previous owner of the account and he said it had to do with VP hacking in FiFa 13.

My question is will i be able to make a new origin account and Call EA support and have them link my new Origin account to the Gamertag.

For Example:

Previous Owner (United Kingdom) = Banned from EA Servers (FIFA 13)


Will i be able to create a new ea account and have EA support link it over the phone?
