I'd probably be a nice juicy meal for a zombie. That being said, if I did survive the first week or two, I'd take refuge in the nearest supermarket.

I would go to a pawn shop, use guns and swords from there, find the most desensive place I can and sit hiding.

I would Get a hatchet or something less quiet then a gun and camp out in a store and try my best to gather other survivors to strengthen my pack.

If the zombies are anything like they are in 28 days later then i would just accept my fate and kill myself, if they are like they are in the walking dead then i would grab my kitchen butcher knife and put some thick clothes on and go stab me some zombies!
