Is this before or after adding in the class name?

I get Error unable to send and that's before changing the class name (step 4).

At this point you have to make sure you have the HTTPS Scored out and you have to change something so the software registers it. If this still doesn't work. Add me on Skype: VisuualzHD

Works for me guys as of 8:45 am EST on 5/10/13..... I got some unable to send messages sometimes and heres the reason why... when he says you have to click show content AGAIN dont do it... in his version of internet explorer it works but in mine it doesnt....just leave the show content bar alone.. skip it...

1) Download the iHc Class Tool
2) Go to Elite and sign in
3) Click your Gamertag which should be in the upper right hand corner
4) Now Open up the iHc Class Tool hit the console tab and hit the START button
5) Now go back to Internet Explorer and refresh the page, click on "Continue to this website"
6) (If it comes up as a cached version which mine did just hit the show content) Now hit custom class
7) (IF IT COMES UP AS A NORMAL PAGE AND SAYS SHOW CONTENT again DONT HIT IT) Once in the Custom Classes Page go into the iHc Class Tool and hit STOP
8) Now change anything in one of your custom classes, no it doesnt matter what you change...
9) Now click on the iHc Class Tool and hit START again
10) Go back to Elite and hit "Send Changes To Game" Now If done correctly the iHc Class Tool should pop up or it should be glowing in the Task Bar below
11) Now edit your Custom Class Names with the characters provided in the video...
12) Now hit submit................. Now hit submit again....
13) Go to elite and it should say "Success" or "Your edits have been sent to the game. If you are in game you must logout(of xbox live that is) in orderfor your changes to be processed...
14) Now go to onto Black Ops 2, hit create a class and hit yes... WALA your Done!!!
