Ethernet drivers? help please

Ethernet drivers? help pleasePosted:

Today I had to do a clean install of windows 7 due to a virus however now I can't connect to the internet via my Ethernet cable as a driver is missing? Can anyone help please it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I wouldn't have guessed it either, but it makes sense. Do you have an extra $15 or so to spend? You can connect wirelessly with a wireless adapter. That's how I connect and I have no connection issues.

Sometimes yes, I need the exact name of the network card you're using.
How can I find this? I've tried running msinfo32.exe however I cannot find it on there every single one says not available

Dowload astra32, put it on a flash drive and copy it to the computer and run it. go to Network tab, find the Adapter Name.

That's the computer I have
