No you haven't if you have someone who is known to try and destroy good clans.
NYPD isn't actually a bad clan.

Having someone whose a clan jumper who continues to starts his own clan then move on to someone elses, F**** that clan up and join someone elses.

Dayze, this is a xbox clan, game, no one has anyone under control unless you know each other outside of xbox!!
