I so happened to get tonight off work, so took the time to make some suggested fixes and changes.

Updates
- Proper sanitization on all input fields
- error page
- login on all pages
- form requirements fixed for necessary fields
- other errors or bugs i came across fixed

Thanks for all the feedback. As i previously said, in the future when i have some time i may add additional features and update the design.
