I just remembered we still don't know how to get spinning 10th emblem on mw2 :S, wtf you would think someone would know by know how to get it.

I think it was to finish all the Prestige challenges.
I don't remember if it was just the Prestige challenges or if it was the weapon prestige challenges as well.

It isn't the prestige challenges there is plenty of video on YouTube which shows people with those challenges done with no spinning 10th, even challenges lobbys don't give you spinning 10th and also you get prestige challenges at 1st prestige level 1 not 10th.

Challenge lobbies are the only way to obtain this emblem. This is because the emblem is a developer only emblem. It is not from completing challenges.
If you care enough, find the MW2 multiplayer trailers of developers playing, some of them are using it.
