That was probably a late Tu6 or early Tu7 patch. Every single challenge lobby on MW2 gives you everything including tenth emblem and all. I mod and do challenge lobbies for people every day. Do not doubt me on this since I do it for everyone.

AllHailSpeakes1 maybe was maybe it wasn't and WHOLE point in this topic was about how to unlock it legit not through hacks.
