Pretty good imo, a larger hard drive might be a good call if you store loads of games or music or such. But that wouldn't be hard to add in at a later date.

Too much power. A quality ~450w PSU like the Antec VP-450, XFX Core 450, or Corsair CX430 would be better-suited to this build. You can also save money by going with a cheaper motherboard like the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 or Asrock 970 Extreme3.

G-Skill Ares RAM, isn't compatible with your chipset, I'd recommend Corsair Vengeance low-profile RAM instead.
Unfortunately no G-Skill RAM really supports AMD.
EDIT:

From what I have read people have been having compatibility errors using an AMD chipset.

I thought RAM didn't differentiate?

Why wouldn't it be? It's 240-pin DDR3 RAM with settings within spec.

There should be no problems with the two. Don't read too much into reviews. Odds are, they got faulty RAM or a faulty mobo.

Yes, both are compatible with all your parts.
