i checked youtube and some guy had all pretige challenges and still no emblem.

There is no rotating emblem for Chopper Gunner kills. The 1000 kills one your thinking of is 1000 AC-130 kills for the rotating 10th prestige emblem from CoD4. The other one is the rotating 10th prestige emblem from MW2, that one is for completing every prestige challenge at 10th prestige.
