All I want to know is are these parts compatible? If they aren't could you guys help me with making it compatible? Preferably with something around the same price and has the same specs please.

Yes, but the FX 4100 doesn't belong in this build at all and there are some changes you can make elsewhere to get better performance for the price. What's your budget and what will you be using this for?

My budget is 1200 USD. Why doesn't the FX 4100 belong? And I'll be using it for gaming. Modern games like battlefield 3, arma 3, ext.

It does not belong because there are better alternatives for a $1,200 budget. The entire build is very unbalanced and you're spending the money in the wrong places. Start over.

Something like a 550w XFX, 3570k, MSI Z77 G45, HAF 912, 1TB WD, 7950, etc.

I'd save $100 and grab a 7950. It's better value and $100 in your pocket. It'll still play any game you pretty much want anyways.
