I'm not beating harsh. I'm stating . And online site . Based on gaming . Hence . ( TheTechGame) isn't really the place. Obviously like he says . It's been going on for 3 months. He needs real help. Not online help.

Yeah, he was asking the opinions from us the community. You just went out of your way to give the most obvious answer. He just wants help from people he communicates with every day to see if anyone else has ever encountered this. What do you know? People have, and they've gave him good alternatives besides seeing a professional who will tell him the exact thing that they have.

I had i for years but its died down now. You can get better by going to the GP and telling them how you feel. The can give you meds that calm you down and relax you + talking to someone helps a lot. You don't want it to grow into other issues like anxiety.

I recommend a Doctor asap
