Email treyarc or see if there is a reset tool on the website like for cod4 to get them to reset your stats then get in another prestige lobby

Yeh but when I go to the main menu where zombies is my cod points go back to what they were before. I need to make it stick.

Go into the lobby kill yourself once look at your player card the points will go up to a certain amount then it will go to positive but the tricky part is to get it so you get level 50 with positive points just have to keep watching your player card every time you kill yourself and you will get it after 2-3 times of it going around to make it stick wait till your host then back out of the xp lobby then go play a full game of TDM then back out and go to the black ops start up screen then come back and it should have sticked =)
