Has anyone ever had an Athletic Propulsion Lab shoe? Do they really help you jump higher?
Cause I'm a 5'8 guard and I need 3 inches to dunk so would these shoes help?

Why buy something so complicated ? Buy KD 5s, They're lighter and in my opinion better than Lebron Xs ( I have both )

Just buy the new Melos they're sweet. I have them, they're real comfy.

As a LeBron fan I'd suggest going away from him shoes, besides the exception to his low top shoes.

KD shoes are great as well. Very Comfy, I own like 2-3 pairs of them.

I will probably get KD 5's again.
I just wanted to see if these shoes helped people's verticles.

My friend had a pair of APLs and he said they helped him dunk easier, but then again he is 6'4"
