its RGH and is the slim and it just wont boot

yes
but when i usually plug a usb in or play for 3 minutes or try to extract a disc it crashes or the xbox just wont boot most of the time

That sounds like to me you have a bad NAND flash, I would get a second opinion from another member but I'm almost certain that's it.

You're going to have to Reflash your NAND, look on YouTube for a video that's remotely popular and use that. Don't trust the new ones when you're reflashing a NAND better off to go with a trusted vid.
