Why shouldn't it be legal to give people equality?

I personally am glad this is happening. I'm really ready for people to be more accepting. Maybe it will be a more peaceful and respectful place once it becomes legal everywhere and more accepting (just as racial equality did.) This can only lead to good things, so I say let's do it.

In a age where we accept Homosexuality and praise it especially when gay athletes is in my opinion ridiculous. Call me homophobic because I am. In our day and age, we praise a gay athlete but we shun an athlete who gives all his glory to God. (Yes I am Christian and No I'm not pushing my religion on any of you.) It just doesn't make sense why you'd want a body part for pleasure that you already have.

Right, I don't think that gays should be able to get a holy marriage (because religions are against homosexuality) but they should still be able to get marriage! Okay, here's a fun fact for you. Humans and Apes have 98% of the same DNA. Which leaves %2. So are you trying to tell me by "Evolution" that we somehow developed that %2 that distinguishes us from Apes? No. It's a miracle that we are like that.

Plus, I know this has gone off topic, but the belief is called Faith. Faith that there is someone or a higher being that has created us.

Anyways, How do you know Evolution is real? Can you explain that? Have you ever WITNESSED evolution? Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and
cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you or anyone else not teaching their opinion?

So until you can prove any of that is real, you can't disrespect my beliefs and call the Bible a magic book.
