Can someone help me with my Xbox turtle beach x31? It used to work but then it just won't turn on. I've changed the batteries but the power light on the side won't light up. I have it all plugged in right and I don't know what to do. Someone please help me out!

I'd try new batteries first of all, make sure theyre fit in nice and tight.


Then reset the tower by turning it off and on again.
