Typically fiber runs around 12mbps-50mbps down, although in some scenarios I have seen faster. For your average user this seems fine. Your ping is slightly high which may impact gaming performance. I'm assuming you're on wifi?

A good ping is anything below 80. 50 is by far lower than standard(lower is better). If you were on a wireless connection you should expect ping to be a bit higher than normal.
Now referring to your actual speed your download speed is average; 10 to 15 is average download. However his upload is way above average; once again depending on location because averages changes but in the US upload averages around 1-3 Mbps. So you can base your test on that.
