I have experienced an issue a few times after hosting a few sessions in a go, where it will be stuck on "Loading" or "Connecting" forever and just will not connect. For me, switching between ethernet and Wifi fixes this, so I would imagine a console reset would fix the problem for you also.

I have been hosting these lobbies at least 5 times a day since my first post on this thread and have not been banned.
No literally out of nowhere i was modding for some ppl and then boom i get kicked back into the main menu(zombies campaign multiplayer) whenever i click Xbox live zombies without even trying it pops up saying servers are down and apparently ppl doing the xp hack are having the same problem so i would thing a ban wave just happened today.

If it tells you that "Servers are down" it means there is a connection issue. If you have been banned, it will explicitly tell you so and give you a link to the Black Ops 1 Security & Enforcement / Code of Conduct policies.

But without even trying not even a second it will say servers are down and that is a consle ban not a profile ban.

Yes that happens sometimes. Cached data perhaps, or cached network settings on your router? Turn your xbox off, and turn your router off for a couple hours so your IP refreshes.

Why is it happening to so many people then and why can i go on xbox live zombies with one account that is unused but the outher one says servers are down?

Well I don't know, im not a magician or your personal tech support. I have told you everything about banning, and you WILL be SPECIFICALLY told you have been banned.
Maybe your ban notice is still being pushed through the system?

They wont just fob you off with an "server not available" error if you have been banned. Was photographic proof not enough?

Also do your research before automatically blaming these mods for getting you banned. The site (which that error message TELLS you to check) clearly states there are some issues going on with the servers.

Here is my proof Forums/t=641762/reupdated-please-...-here.html this is what is happening to me and if you check the servers are at defcon 5 doesn't this seem more like a ban then a server issue?

That link is irrelevant... The servers are at Defcon 4...
Defcon 4 = Server Issues

I don't know why your going on like there's a solution, you obviously run the risk of getting banned with any sort of system tampering including gpd modifications, and you should of known that before you used these.

Ok, well thats appreciated, but it isnt concrete yet that you have been banned, and anyone who uses these under the impression that they are 100% safe is a fool.

It seems that their having minor server issues. It could be that their patching the xp lobbies.
