Wow, you give up easily ust try turning off stuff like firewall/anti-virus etc check settings on firefox and IE.If all fails open cmd.exe by typing it into taskbar .

Type ping 127.0.0.1
Type Ipconfig
find your DHCP address and type
Tracert Dhcp address goes here.
or navigate to control panel/network and sharing center/change adapter settings/ipv4 automatically assign a IP(DHCP)

At the extreme it could be a case on someone running networking software on your gateway (middle man attack) but i highly doubht it just to be sure you can always reset your router by pressing reset button .other than the information I've provided it could'nt be anything else.......It's got to be one of the following internet config(settings)/Firewall(settings blocking browser)Malware....Gateway configuration.things such as UPnP port forwaring etc may affect browsers.

Internet explorer is crap and is prone to a lot of malware attacks even loading a webpage can infect you with a trojan.A lot of ransomware flaoting around on IE.And stuff like youtube requires a gmail account. Also chrome warns and protects you from attack sites and is the most secure browser available...
