Hey guys, I'm not really good with the pentool but today I decided to try to make a suit with it.
Here was the result. Rating out of 10 would be nice.
Haven't done a face yet, I'm going to work on that later.
EDIT* This was done with my new Bamboo Tablet and Pen Tool.

for a first, not so bad.
but I gotta warn ya, the face, may be the hardest part of pentooling from what I've done in experience.

Like the looks of it so far. I like the simplicity of it, very effective.

From my experience I can say, the face WILL be the hardest part. If you want to make it look good, anyway.
Uhm in my opinion the lines are too thick. If you're Stroking the Path with a Brush, make the Brush a bit smaller. I personally prefer to use the Pen Tool on Shape mode instead of Paths mode, so the lines are vectorized and a lot higher quality.
A few of your lines could use a little work. Specifically, the right side of the tie, and the curved part around the neck.
Also color wise, It is VERY bland. Try doing some shading and lighting. Or even slightly add some textures.
