So i have alot of clips that i've recorded, but there in like 1 hour recorded videos, what programmes can i use to cut the videos down and just save the part i want, i dont have vegas and stuff like that, so yeah.

If you just want to cut them, and not do any editing, use Windows Movie Maker, that's everything you need if you only need to cut the videos.
But if you're planning on editing the videos, I'd suggest you taking a closer look at Sony Vegas, or if you want even more advanced, Adobe After Effects. If you don't want to buy them, they can both be found for free on YouTube.

yes use movie maker to cut your videos easy and simple

also if you record with elgato you can cut clips within the elgato software

You can use Windows Movie Maker if your on a Windows computer. It's pretty simple since they have a button that just says cut.

I use Sony Vegas Pro 10 but you could use 8-11.
