Personally I would upgrade your PSU to perhaps a 600W just in case you decide to upgrade or add on in the future. Also if you have money to blow, unlike me , try for a Solid State Drive (SSD). They are kind of expensive but if you install your OS on it, your PC will boot up really fast. (Again, just my thoughts. You can choose to ignore them.) Otherwise looks like a solid build. As for Battlefield you would probably not have any trouble running it at high settings. GTA I have no idea what it would run like. I'd imagine that it would run well though.

Then don't bother with the SSD, and you don't NEED a 600W but like I said, if you plan on adding to it or upgrading, it would be a good buy.

GTA and BF3 runs fine on my GTX550Ti on max settings at stock and i've ordered a GTX660 so i expect GTA will be amazing and so will battlefield.
