I'm trying to put a torrent'd windows 7 on a CD, but obviously I need more space.

I don't have money to blow, trying to build a computer, easier then spending an extra $100.

So how can I expand space?

Buy a DVD-R instead it'll have about 4-5GB of space.

Well if you look at the disc image or torrent you downloaded you'll see how big it is. I think DVD-R's are something like 4.7gb but sometimes its written on the disc.

You could try mounting the install to a flash drive if you have one big enough. Just google how to and you should be able to easily understand.

If you have a 8gb flash drive I would highly recommend booting off of that over a DVD just from the sheer fact that it will provide a clean and faster install than if you were to read it from a DVD. If you do have a flash drive laying around, private message me and I will assist in formatting the drive as well as setting a boot code.

However if you still feel you want to use a dvd, a install of windows showed only be around 3.2gb so a 4.7 gb dvd would work fine.
