Hey,
Im new to this site and was wondering if i could get answers to some of my questions.

If i flashed my dvd drive and played with that xbox online would the console get banned from live?

Second,

If yes to the questionn above what software do i use to burn xbox 360 games if there is any software needed?(<---lol did i spell this right?)

you would not get banned for flashing your drive and you dont need software but to play your burnt games on live without getting banned you would need to 'stealth patch' them

you wouldnt get banned for using your flashed xbox online if you use orginal games, very unlikely you will get banned for using pirated games tho..
so i would do it.

Yes, but i wouldn't because there is probally going to be a ban wave soon when the new dashboard comes. Wait till then to flash your 360, but the new dashboard is supposed to detect new firmware which will ban your box instantly.

IMGburn to burn it.
AGBX to stealth patch it.
