His budget for this pre built is $600-700 and is mainly based on gaming and internet browsing. He won't be using any heavy-hitting programs like Sony vegas, photoshop, etc.
He'll be playing fps shooters, minecraft, Some Open world games like Arma II and stuff.
He will most likely be using Wifi on it so make sure it has a good wifi card in it.
He wants it to come with a keyboard and mouse so he doesn't have to buy them seperate.
Pretty much any colors but standard black is fine nothing too flashy.

If he's dropping $600-$700 on a prebuilt when not spend the extra $100-$200 and get a much better custom built?

Sunk wrote If he's dropping $600-$700 on a prebuilt when not spend the extra $100-$200 and get a much better custom built?Because he doesn't want to go through the hassle of building it, He really just wants a pre built.
